Fees for the pre-training, on-site training and participation in the forum will be covered by the sponsor.
Expenses for transportation, meals, and accommodation during the activities are included. However, expenses for discretionary activities, clothing worn during the program, etc., are not included. - Qualification for Application
- Current enrollment at a university or graduate school in Japan or in an ASEAN country. (Students must be enrolled in school during the program.)
- Ability to use English for daily conversation (criterion: TOEIC score of 700 points or higher, TOEFL PBT score of 550 points or higher,CBT score of 210 points or higher or TOEFL iBT score of 80 points or higher).
- Healthy, physically fit individuals (outdoor activities are included in the program).
- Participants must be able to participate in the pre-training in Thailand in from August 3, 2010 to August 5 ,2010, the fourteen day on-site training from October 6, 2010 to October 19, 2010 and the forum on December 10, 2010 and December 11, 2010.
*The location may be subject to change considering the political situations and safety.

- Submit the designated application form and a brief essay to the DENSO YOUTH for EARTH Action office in the country of the university
at which you are registered.
- Download the application form and essay sheet from the DENSO YOUTH for EARTH Action website.
- Please contact the DENSO YOUTH for EARTH Action office if you are in an area without internet access.
- Fill in the application form with the required information, such as your motive for applying, and attach a passport (head and shoulders only) photograph.
- Compose a brief essay on the theme "What you can do for an environmentally friendly society" (600 to 800 English words).
- Submit the required documents to our office, making sure that they arrive by April 25, 2010 (Sunday). (Send either by post or by e-mail.) Please note that submitted documents cannot be returned.
