2009 New Earthlings Forum conducted!

In order to cap the whole program of DENSO YOUTH for EARTH Action 2009, the participants were called again to Japan in order to bring out their presentations on December 11-12. Each participant developed his/her action plan which aims to contribute to the sustainable society at the end of the on-site training in October. Since then, they had been continuously working on improving the plans and preparing for the final presentation. On December 11, all of the participants presented their action plans at the headquarters of DENSO Corporation in Kariya, Aichi. On the following day, three representative participants made presentations in front of approximate 200 people at "DENSO YOUTH for EARTH Action - New Earthlings Forum -" which was one of the main programs of DENSO's CSR event "DECO School" held at Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology in Nagoya, Aichi.
One and every participant did tremendous efforts to develop their action plan for this day without sacrificing their own studies or work. Some of them had already started implementing their plans and introduced what they had achieved so far. Officially, this is the last activity of DYEA 2009. However, it seems that 2009 participants are stepping out for the action plan implementation by continuously encouraging each other such as on SNS based on their strong bond built through the program.
We wish the great success of 2009 participants and hope they will make the new leaders for the sustainable future.
